3 days Tanzania safari itinerary
Day 1: Arusha or Moshi to Tarangire, with an overnight stay at Manyara;
Day 2: Karatu or Mto wa Mbu (Manyara) to Ngorongoro Crater, with an overnight stay at Mto wa Mbu;
Day 3: Mto wa Mbu to Manayara National Park.
After breakfast in Arusha or Moshi, we will leave for Tarangire National Park. This park is notable for the wide variety of bird species it contains, its large elephant population, and its lions, buffaloes, giraffes, warthogs, impalas, and cheetahs. After a full game drive in Tarangire National Park, we'll keep traveling to the Ngorongoro Crater, which is near Lake Manyara, where we'll spend the night and have dinner.
After breakfast, we will go to Ngorongoro Crater for the second day of our 3-day Tanzania safari. The Ngorongoro crater is home to a sizable bird population, which includes vultures, storks, and geese. Beautiful flamingos will grace you on Soda Lake. After a long Tanzania safari day of game viewing, we will go to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and a night’s rest at your lodge or camp.
This is the last day of our 3 days Tanzania safari in to Manyara National Park. The park attracts a wide variety of animals, including elephants, tree-climbing lions, and flocks of flamingos, which can be spotted decorating the beautiful lake. In the evening, you will head back to Arusha or Moshi for dinner and an overnight stay.
